Privacy

Site visits. Technical data such as IP address, access time, requested page, browser and device information are processed to deliver and protect the website. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical logs and security data. We use aggregate internal visitor statistics without individual visitor identifiers, as described below. We do not use advertising trackers.
Content and administration. Website content and images are stored with Supabase in an EU region (eu-north-1). Administration is restricted to authorised persons and uses necessary session cookies. Public images are served through our domain. Depending on the providers and their subprocessors, processing may take place in other countries.
Contact. If you contact us by email or phone, we use the details supplied to respond and prepare an arrangement you request. These may include your name, contact details, occasion and message. Details are shared with a companion only as needed for a specific arrangement discussed with you. The email providers involved also process technical delivery data.
Online forms. When the inquiry form is enabled, we process name, email address, optional phone number, city, requested date, time, duration, occasion, preferred contact channel, preferred companion and message. When the application form is enabled, we process name, email, phone number, age (at least 21), location, languages, availability, experience, message and an optional application photograph. The data is transferred via Cloudflare Pages to Supabase (EU region eu-north-1). Application images are kept in private storage and are not published. Access is limited to the operator and expressly authorised administrative personnel through the protected administration area. Data is used only to respond to enquiries, prepare a potential arrangement or assess an application; an enquiry is not a binding booking. Where applicable, steps requested prior to a contract are processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and processing requiring consent, particularly optional photographs, under Article 6(1)(a). Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Submission requires acknowledgement of this privacy notice. Each new record receives an internal 90-day review deadline. Records and associated photographs are manually reviewed and deleted when no longer needed and when no legal retention obligation applies. This deletion is not currently automated. Necessary data may be held longer where a contract or legal claim requires it; details are available upon request.
