Terms
1. Operator. 10/10 is a premium matchmaking agency operated by Wilmine Lambertz, Xatt Il Palm 30, 5181 Bahar Ic Caghaq, Malta. Contact: [email protected].
2. Arrangements. 10/10 introduces interested clients to independent companions and assists with planning. The agency does not itself provide companionship. Arrangements for companionship are made with the respective companion.
3. Inquiries and confirmation. An inquiry is not a booking. Availability, place, duration, rate and other details are agreed personally. A date is reserved only after express confirmation. Binding online bookings are not currently available.
4. Rates and costs. Published rates are indicative starting amounts and include VAT. Any arrangement or reservation fee and payment to the companion are explained before a binding agreement. The client covers the companion’s flights, hotel and transfers where individually agreed.
5. Respect and independence. Companions act independently and everyone involved decides voluntarily. Truthful details, respect and lawful conduct are required. 10/10 may decline requests that do not meet these conditions.
6. Cancellation and liability. Cancellation terms are communicated with confirmation. 10/10 is responsible for its own arranging service; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Separate agreements between client and companion follow their terms.
